Ordinary Video Door phones provide incomplete protection. Crystal VDP with Alarm Function interfaces with a range of Wired & Wireless Sensors for intrusion & panic detection. In case of an alarm Crystal VDP will activate panic ringing / external hooter / auto SMS to predefined mobile phones / trigger panic to connected Crystal guard security system, plus a host of other advanced functionalities.

 

FEATURES
Dial Pad Crystal VDP features a telephone Style Key Pad to dial Extension Telephone numbers and for programming.
Cameras &
Door units		 Crystal VDP can connect two cameras and easily toggle between the two cameras using single buttons. Ideally a common camera can be placed at the security gates to monitor visitors and the other can be a standard 'Door phone outdoor unit' with camera and lock open facility. Both combinations of two 'security cameras 'or one 'security camera' & one 'Door phone outdoor unit' is possible.
Door Unlock Crystal VDP can operate an optional 'Electronic Door Lock' to open the door. A built in safety feature prevents accidental opening of the door if the unlock button is pressed by mistake.
CLI with Name A true “CLI” system which displays the calling extension number on the TFT-LCD the way you get it on MTNL/ DOT lines. Know who is calling you before lifting the handset. If connected to 'Crystal Guard G2K Security Intercom System 'in addition to the number NAME of the caller can also be displayed.

 Crystal VDP can be programmed to SELECTIVELY display Security Camera output on your VDP only if the call is from the Security Extension.
Call History Crystal VDP has a memory to keep a record history of last 5 incoming Calls.In case the Crystal VDP is connected to 'Crystal Guard G2K Security Intercom System' in addition to the called number Date & Time would be available.
Panic Alarm This feature can be activated by a panic button. Apart from the build in panic Button on the Crystal VDP any number of additional panic button's can be installed in any flat-say in the kitchen, one near the entry door, one in the bedroom etc. Whenever switch is pressed, the Crystal VDP will start 'panic ringing' & will turn on the optional Loud emergency siren/ Hooter. In case the Crystal VDP is connected to 'Crystal Guard G2K Security Intercom System' the Crystal VDP will additionally turn on the emergency Siren/ Hooter at the Security and the number flashed on the Security display unity, simultaneously programmed extension will also get panic call. 'Crystal Guard G2K Security Intercoms' are also capable of sending automatic panic SMS to predefined mobile numbers using optional FCT.

Output		 An Optional External Loud Siren can be connected to the Crystal VDP to Alert the neighbours in case of Panic/ Alarm.

 		 Crystal VDP supports sensors like Smoke Detectors, Gas Leak Detectors, Motion Detectors, Glass Break Detectors, Magnetic Door/window Detectors. Crystal specially designed sensors can be connected in series to activate Panic alarm/Loud Siren Output. Incase the Crystal VDP is connected to ‘Crystal Guard 2K Security Intercom System’, it will additionally turn on the emergency Siren/Hooter at the security and the number flashed on the security display unit, simultaneously programmed extension will also get panic call. ‘Crystal Guard 2K Security Intercoms’ are also capable of sending automatic panic SMS’s to predefined mobile numbers.
Auto SMS to
cell phones		 Crystal VDP can connect directly to an optional Crystal FCT to send panic SMS to predefined mobile numbers so that necessary timely action can be initiated.
KEY ‘FOB’
-Remote unlock		 Crystal VDP with optional RF card becomes a powerful wireless Home Alarm System. The Door can now be unlocked using wireless key fob facilating Keyless entry. Function like 'Door Open' from a distance say while sitting on your sofa, or activating/deactivating ALARM when you leave/return home can be easily accompanished using wireless 'Key FOB'.

Alarm Sensors
(Multi zone)		 Crystal VDP can have up to 20 different zones and sensors connected accordingly. Zone defines the way in which the system responds to exceptions. All Sensors are connected in tandem on the same wire thereby saving on cable cost. With RF card installed wireless sensors can be connected. Any mix of wired & wireless sensors is possible.
Alarm Panel Crystal VDP supports advanced Alarm Panel modes “ARM HOME”- when the home is occupied & there is movement within the home, “ARM AWAY”- when the home is unoccupied. In this mode all inputs are monitored for exception & treated as an ALARM condition.

Keyless Entry
using PIN		 Crystal VDP facilitates Keyless entry in case of emergency by using secret PIN on the 'Door Phone Outdoor Unit' to open the door.
Master Slave
Intercom		 Crystal VDP connects to a slave terminal to enable master slave two way intercom conversation. For example a slave unit can be installed in the help's room, for two way communication.
Battery Back-up Connect’s to an optional external 12V MF battery for uninterrupted operations.
